Extremely Poor Service

Last night visited Texas Spur, everything seemed good at the start.<br> <br> It all started going bad after one of the our kids threw-up on the floor, immediately I went to a cleaner to ask for a mop so that I can clean it up she just nod her head I explained where we sitting which was not to far from her. She took so long to arrive I placed the wet floor sign there and started cleaning it up myself as people passing by were stepping in it. Eventually she came with her sign but still no mop she just checked and left again as I have already cleaned it.<br> <br> when our food arrived the onions tasted burnt, we let the waiter know about it and he apologies and advised he will bring us other onion rings, not to long he came with other plates, this rings tasted the exact same like the previous one! My Wife, mother and sister inlaw lost there appetite. He then collected this by the time the proper rings arrived we have completed our meals. I have then informed the waiter we are not happy, he then advised he will get a manager to come speak to us.<br> <br> I am still waiting for that manager. I never reminded him about the manager but at this time I felt to tired and upset to do so.<br>
