Extremely inconsiderate Spur in Queenswood, Pretoria!!

NEVER rely on the Spur Queenwood Branch in Pretoria, for any of your important events to be handled with the same level importance as you do! They will drop you ON THE DAY of your special event and leave you to try and make new arrangements on your own...4 HOURS before people have to start showing up!!! The reason they dropped the ball on us today, was clearly something they had to have plans for at least about a week or 2 before, but they chose to call us on the day we actually had our event arranged...how cruel!!!! They will NEVER see me again!!
