Extremely Excellent Service...5 Star

on the 18th of December I went to Spur South gate mall and I was not happy with the service that we received due to so many reasons if I can start mentioning them I will not finish now<br> but I must say that after requesting to speak to a manager we got help from this wonderful ,efficient, proactive and very friendly guy named Tumi to say that his service was excellent is an understatement we are truly delighted with his service till date ,please walk over to him and give him a big HIGH 5 in fact make that a 10 he is the best and please apologies to him for the delay in the compliment I meant to send it the same day but due to holidays I was swam on the 18th of December<br> <br>
