EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!

on Saturday I went to a batman party that was held at spur(Kenilworth center) waiters was very polite as well as management, however we ordered the kids food first and waiting for nearly 45 minutes for it to come, we waited and waited us adults even ordered our food it was brought after a waiting period and kids still didn't have their food... I ordered fish and calamari to my surprise the fish was so flat and the width of a ruler I did not want to complain at that moment because it was my nephew's birthday party, my onion rings was half white and the others was fairly brown by other people and I had like two forks full then it was finished. WE love spur and enjoy spending time there, but sadly disappointed about Saturday
