Extremely Disappointing Experience – Arizona Spur, Stellenbosch

Our visit to Arizona Spur in Stellenbosch was an absolute disaster. The waitress serving us was not just *********** but outright arrogant. We placed a simple order—one starter and three mains. When my daughter asked if she would remember it, she responded with ****y confidence, only to get the order completely wrong.

When I firmly asked about the missing starter, she vanished—no apology, no explanation—just gone. Another waitress eventually came to assist, and I initially mistook her for the manager. I was quite irate, but to her credit, she handled the situation with patience and professionalism. Turns out, she wasn’t the manager, just a kind staff member trying to help. Meanwhile, the original waitress casually served the next table as if nothing had happened.

No manager ever stepped in, no acknowledgment from Spur, just the effort of this one kind waitress trying to salvage an already bad experience. We had driven a long way to meet our daughter, and this is what we got? Absolutely unacceptable. Spur, do better, like ALL your other branches.
