Extremely disappointed by the poor service at this spur

On the 4th of January I was at spur with my family and the service we got was so disappointing and extremely poor . After waiting outside to be seated, we were happy to finally get in . Once we were seated and the waiter came to introduce himself ,we new already what we wanted to drink and ordered the drinks waiter came back after morethan 25 minutes to tell us that, the bar man is not available so he will make a plan to do the drinks himself. We waited and waited, he came back to say his going to do the drinks again. Came back with a guy who told him his going to fix something quickly and he'll come back to do the drinks, so that was the bar man. I literally begged him to please bring whatever that was available and ready to drink which took forever. Waited again for food forever for food, even decided to go outside and take photos because the kids where getting bored. After that long wait food was horrible, sausage was so dry,told the waiter and he laughed. The ribs where so hard non of us could it them,mind you I was there for the so called ribs. I left so angry whatever we paid was not worth it at all.
