Extremely bad service from gold rush spur steak ranch 😡😡😡😡

On the 2nd of May 2022 we went to emperors palace with my friends. Everything we ordered, they didn't have so my friends went to nandos but I really craved the eisben so ordered the eisben at Spur Gold Rush and they made me wait for almost an hour before the manager came to tell me that something happened to their eisben and it was the last one they had. My friends were long done eating their nandos. The manager offered to make me the mini eisben which I'll ofcos have to wait for AGAIN. I wasn't interested so I refused. I was so ANGRY even the drink she offered couldn't be apology enough. Never in my life have I received such BAD service!!! I will never set foot there ever again. No wonder the place empty
