Extremely bad service

Went to Spur Meyerton for lunch. Order drinks received wrong drinks. Order food 1 x ribs and wings 2 x fillet steak. Received 1 x wings full portion only 2 x mystery steak. Garnish is floating in water as I take it out of plate had to put napkin in plate to get water out of plate. Steak received large flat piece of steak definitely not fillet. Called waiter asked what type of meat she said fillet. showed her water in plate. Asked for manager. waited she came back after a while and wanted to take our food and bring other I said no I want to speak to the manager. She went to front to the till area, she and other waiters stood talking another waiter went to the back and brought someone to the front. I think he was maybe 2nd in charge the Manager is not even on the premises! Nice so no wonder the service is so bad. We said we will pay for wings and drinks and are leaving, we were offered a discount and other meals but that is not what we wanted. You pay a lot to go out to restaurants and that is the service you get. Totally disappointing.
