Extremely Bad service

Chitonga Spur Kempton park My family and I experienced very bad service on the 30/11/24. It was my son birthday as we decided to go to a Spur near us but wooow. As we approached at the do no one welcomed us we had to great them, no one took us to the table I believe if u go to the restaurant you must follow the waiter/waitress. Mmmh that was not a good sign. We got to the table the table was dirty the boring thing workers wr busy talking but almost all the empty tables wr dirty. We stood there and the waitress also stood I had to ask her to clean the table before we sit. I got annoyed the time she just threw the menus she didn't give us accordingly she threw them as a pale I had 2 kids but she put 5 kiddies menus mixed with 4 adult menus while we where 3 adults ummmmh. We the asked for few mins so that we can choose what we wanted to drink. She went and came back after 10mis-15mins. She was not in the mood of working. Not even one manager came to ask if we are fine infect I didn't see any manager going around tables... Food I give it 10 out of 10 the food there is amazing good job chefs. No team work at the floor the table behind me was dirty when the waitress was giving us food she put out plates of food on that dirty table before giving us the food tjo that a very big NO. Very terrible service. We didn't see her smile it's like she was angry... As soon I asked for the bill I tipped her 10% even if she served bad. After she saw that we gave her 10 %she started being polite was that even necessary she really spoiled our day. Am putting a blame to lazy management the restaurant was not busy them busy lazing around. If the managers are checking and going around the tables it will be a be a nice place to be. Am very very disappointed.
