Extremely bad management service

I took my husband out to Spur in Grey Owl for his birthday. Firstly I was offered a badly burnt Esbien that was on promotion....i informed the waiter who exchanged it for something else.While we were sitting upstairs there was massive smoke from the kitchen the smoke went up to the level where we were sitting, I started coughing from smoke it became so bad we had to move to a closed area where it's a smoking are coz there were no people there smoking. My cough was getting bad management just simply apologised and said something in the kitchen tripped and air con was not activated. No one offered help in terms of my non stopping cough I couldn't breath without coughing I couldn't eat my food anymore and I felt management didn't care we were moved downstairs without our concern I requested them to give us our bill which we paid in full including a tip for the waiter. When I was coughing out of the venue management didn't even say anything we were ignored all the way. What a horrific experience I had, and to think that Spur is our favourite family restaurant I'm disgusted by the in consideration and lack of compassion from management. I'm extremely disappointed coz I had to cut my husband's birthday celebration in short just to go home and find medication to ease the cough.
