extraordinary service

On Friday the 11/12/2015 my family and I went to Carlton centre Spur as Spur is a restaurant our family has been going to for many moons. Service has always been ok at various branches, some more than others, but the service at Carlton centre was out of this world. It was like a breath of fresh air, I have been use to receiving ok customer service, that when we got there, that was all I expected, but since the moment we arrived, we received extraordinary service from the host right down to all the other staff members. I could not believe what I was experiencing. They kept checking on, we felt like individuals, not just a number. We had their undivided attention despite the place being overcrowded. They even took the initiative of checking on the kids on numerous occasions. We had superb service and I will always return and recommend this branch to all friends and family. They truly are a true reflection of what excellent customer service is. Thank youu guys. You guys are the best.
