Experiencing and witnessing bad customer service

Experiencing and witnessing bad service on April 2024.

Experience bad customer service: We ordered breakfast meals and the restaurant was quite quiet at that time. We waited for almost a hour before receiving our food. While we were waiting, other customers who arrived afterwards were receiving their food already. We again waited for the bill and waiting for the waiter to process our payment. After almost 15 minutes we ended up paying our bill at the front desk. Our waiter was standing at the reception desk while we were waiting on service.

Witnessing bad customer services: Next to us were grandparents bringing their grandson for a meal as it was his birthday. The very unprofessional staff member was very arrogant towards the grandparents at least 2 times. The staff member gave no friendly face, no attention and just said their music are offline and they are not singing to the little boy. The staff member's body language and overall attitude was so so so unprofessional and the grandparents were so sad.

I believe the staff member's name is glynis or glydess and she's not a newbie at Spur Pasadena in Lady Grey.
