Exceptional Service Recovery at Minnesota Spur!

I'm still blown away by the incredible service I received at Minnesota Spur, and I just have to share my story. In mid-January, I ordered a takeaway from Minnesota Spur, but when I got home, I was disappointed to find that none of my sauces were included. I was tempted to complain, but I decided to let it slide, hoping it was just a one-off mistake.

However, what happened next truly restored my faith in Minnesota Spur. On February 5th, I visited again for a takeaway order, and as I was about to order my usual dessert/drink, the manager, Enwir, surprised me by telling me that it was already ready and on the house! I was confused until he reminded me about the mistake with my previous order. It turned out that Enwir had taken note of my usual order and made a point to make it up to me.

I was truly touched by this gesture. It's clear that Enwir and the team at Minnesota Spur value their customers and are committed to providing exceptional service.
