Exceptional customer service

After I complained about a raw steak on Friday, Nelly the manager swiftly attended us, she tried all to make up for it unfortunately we had to time to sit longer. Yesterday on women's day she gave us a meal on the house. I'm grateful and thank you very much to Nelly and her staff Lerato and Sisanda for their exceptional customer service.
