Exceptional bad service

<p>Yesterday we visited Reno Spur, we were a group of 11 people 9 adults and 2 kids. Firstly ordering drink were a nightmare. I understand that with the first round of drinks it took some time as there was a problem with the draught machine but after that the machine was sorted out. On ordering the 2nd round of drinks and our food, it took them more than 30 min to bring the drinks I had to twice ask a waitress who wasn't even our own if it was possible to get our drinks. Top it off we didn't even get our food and this and 1hr and 10 min after ordering we when asked our waitress Precious how the the food was going to take, she said they were used assembling our burgers. Thenow 30 min after that we still did not receive our food. We then spoke to the Manager Heinrich who said he would help, but not once before that did Heinrich and Nicole, otherwise Managers check on us nor did you own waiter check on us between orders. We finally got our food but the order we wrong the burger we could and the sauce was even colder. We were to scared to send our food back for the fear it would take another 1hr before we get our food back. Not once did Nicole or Heinrich offer a sincere apology. The only person that tried to help was a trainee as she herself was shocked that we did not get ourid order yet. Worst of all we were there for a birthday and this was the pathetic service from the waitress and the mangers that we have ever received.</p> <p> </p> <p>30 min after </p> <p> </p>
