Excellent staff, managers and quality of food at Wild Falcon Spur in Blackheath Johannesburg

Good Day, my wife, our toddler girl and I visited your Wild Falcon Spur, Blackheath located in the Heathway Shopping Centre on Wednesday 25th September 2019 at 20:30. From the second we walked through your Main Door at the restaurant, your Manager, Franco, was the MOST PLEASANT person at the restaurant. He welcomed us into your restaurant, even though the sign says that the store closes at 21:00 on weekdays. My wife and I have stayed away from all Spur restaurants for the past 4 years, as the quality of your food and customer service has deteriorated. However, all this changed after meeting Manager, Franco, your chef, your child-minders and your waiters and waitresses at Wild Falcon Spur in Blackheath. Wild Falcon Spur is our NEW FAVOURITE RESTAURANT thanks to your wonderful staff and excellent food. We have been to very expensive restaurants over the years. Nothing compares to the quality of the food and service at the Wild Falcon Spur in Blackheath. We are thoroughly impressed by Franco and your staff from Wild Falcon Spur. We enjoyed the service and the food so much, that even though our total bill was R700, we tipped everyone (The Chef who cooked our meals, our Waitress, the Child-Minder and the Manager, Franco). We spent R300 on tips for the staff, when our bill was R700. That should tell you how much we enjoyed our food. We are in the process on immigrating to the USA. However, we are definitely planning to visit the Wild Falcon Spur, as often as possible, because of the GREAT experience we had on the 25th September 2019.
