Excellent Service from waiter

On Saturday 17.10.15, my wife and I went to the Augusta Spur Gateway theatre of shopping. We wanted to go for dinner and get a good meal. As we were seated /waiting to order, there was no waiter to service us for 20 minutes however there were plenty of waiters at the entrance just standing around. We left to another restaurant Wimpy. If the waiter at Spur just came to us timorously, then we would have had dinner.<br> <br> On Sunday, 18.10.15 we were at Umhlanga Rocks sands hotel. My wife and I did not want to go to Miammi Spur because of the bad service the previous day, but I convinced her to go. Here we were nicely welcomed by the waiter Sanele. She informed us of the days specials and so on. My wife and I was really impressed and satisfied with the service we got from Sanele. With more waiters like Miami Spur and less waiters at Augusta Spur Gateway, your customers will be really satisfied and will always come back for more.<br> <br> Regards
