Excellent service from From Fourie, rustenburg mall

On the 19th of July 2025, I ordered online from Spur Rante ( Rustenburg Mall). Unfortunately the veges ( pumpkin) was awful, tasted as if it was cooked days ago.

I couldn't eat it and send a review immediately, my review was registered and I got a call from the Manager ( Fourie) who requested that I visit the shop to resolve the complaint.

I did went to the shop on the 21st of July 2025 and I was welcomed by a drink of my choice, and went as far as joining me in the table to apologize and I was served with green salad and a burger and big apology.

Thank you so much Mr Fourie for a great service. You're a good asset to Spur.
