Excellent Service even though a day later

My partner and I had visited the Spur at Rosebank on Friday for her birthday and became alittle disappointed when the food was served to us as it was not done properly, however we sent it back and it took some time to get back to us then we decided to leave and do it as a take away instead when we get home we see that the mushroom sauce was never given to us and then the schnitzels were over done, when we went back to complain the next day the manager was polite enough to complete the order again at their expense. I like the fact that he took the initiative and gave Spur Texkhana a good publicity rather than bad. Your hostess at the door is also very pleasant thumbs up
