I just want to give a compliment to a lady who assisted me yesterday at Spur Heidelberg(Victorian Village). There was a mix up with the payment and the order in a way but it was sorted . I have never seen anyone so calm and well presented. She gave us a good service from the time we walked in until we left and even the misunderstanding didn't changer her personality thought out .
