Excellent service @Brain: Cahokia Spur

Today I visited Cahokia Spur at Cape Gate. Some misunderstanding happened and the manager @Brain attended to me. I must say, he have all the skills needed to be a brilliant manager. He listened with empathy and responded very politely. The preparation and presentation of the food also made up for the misunderstanding. Someone like @Brain should be an area manager or he should be utilized where he will be responsible for training managers. @Brain, thank you for going out of your way to make sure your clients are happy. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
