Excellent service after a complaint

I'd just like to say a very big thank you to Jono from the Canal Walk Spur (Mexico Spur), for his EXCELLENT service. <br> <br> On Sunday, my partner and I called in to order a full portion of basted chicken wings for take away. We collected it and made our long drive home after. I'm not sure if many know, but the full portion of wings is quite pricey - R94,90 if I'm not mistaken. This was my partners lunch and he opened to find that his sauce wasn't added. To some, it may not seem like a big deal but to him it was and he was extremely unhappy, especially after paying so much.<br> <br> He called the Spur, not to look for compensation but just to make them aware of the issue. He spoke to Jono who went above and beyond to ensure he was compensated for their mistake. We arrived last night to the most outstanding service. So a very big thank you to Jono, it is much appreciated. We'll be sure to visit again soon to support Mexico Spur.<br> <br>
