Excellent service

I went to Spur in Sun City on the 21-06-2019 , the food was not that nice. I am glad though that they sang for my child and lady who was assisting and the manager they were very good.

On the 22-06-2019 I went to Spur in Westgate, I got there the lady who saw us walking around came and said she will get us a waiter we waited for more than 10 min, then Mike came. He said did we get someone to assist us we told him that no one we are still waiting as promised. That time I was about to scream for the manager. He was very professional he took our orders, he served us within few minutes.

That time he was not only serving serving us, he was just all over the place everyone was calling him, I was surprised to see someone working like that, and still give us the best service ever. I had to call the manager after wards Pinky to tell her that even though I was very angry even thought will never go to Spur again but when Mike came all of that changed. He is friendly and so good at his work.

Mike thank you so much, I hope the company you are working for knows that you are an asset to the company they also give the reward you deserve, and the recognition that you will never forget.

The food was delicious I am talking about it even today.
