Excellent customer service

It is very rare for a service to obtain a 5 star rating nowadays, but I feel the necessity to commend the service rendered at Spur Modimall. Their shift manager who goes by the name Cry, is the best. I can say that I am regular customer at the eating outlet, and every time, the service I get from him is so splendid! He makes sure the store runs like a well oiled machine and I commend him for that. He goes beyond the call of duty by mastering the preferences of his customer. Cry, in a nutshell is an epitome of customer service. I am on a low carb way of eating, and already he picked that without me saying anything at all! He deserves a pat on the shoulder!
