Emperors palace spur zero safety injured due to wet floor and no signs

We were enjoying our time at spur emperors palace on the 24/11/2024 till my daughter needed to use the restroom , so my wife took her they have zero ethnics of safety they were mopping the floor near the kitchen close to the bath room they did not put a wet floor sign after mopping it there my wife slipped and fell down and hurt her hand, arm, leg and bottom aswell as my daughter she went flying into the wall face first mind you she is 4 years old still a small child after that the lady who cleaned there runs with a wet floor sign zero compassion as I had to call the manager and make it known to them I’m really upset about this my wife and daughter are still in pain from what supposed to be a fun Sunday afternoon out. After we payed and left another so called manager runs out and asks if they need to go to the clinic after us paying and leaving and after me telling them I want video footage to show me they was a wet floor sign as they was not an one was brought after I’m an really unhappy about this as I always support the emperors palace spur and other branches aswell but us going to get injured there really puts me in a bad space and I will lot be attending any longer l. Also would like to find out how I take thus further as I can’t tolerate this .
