Eisbein returned 3 times as NO crackling

Ate at Spur Cascades today. Not a pleasant experience. Asked for warm Portuguese Roll- overheated both times and third time not warm. Returned Eisbein 3 times as there was just a layer of soggy fat around the meat and NO crackling. Very unhappy customer.
