****ed off customer

Bergvliet spur has good food but their service regarding the spur points is pathetic. I was there 3 weeks ago and was not awarded my spur points. Many people opt to go to spur to receive these things. The waiter returns and gives me my bill and my slip and tells me when I come again I can show them the slip and get my points. Then a week ago it was my bday and we were about 15 people the same thing happened. Today I was there again hoping to use my vouchers for my meal. I asked the waiter beforehand if I am able to use it. he says they are fixing it in the next 5 min. so I ordered my food with an expectation I am getting my bill but using my 2 vouchers. When it was time to pay there was no wifi....I was told to take another slip and come back again. I'm sitting with 2 slips that I must keep till who knows when the system will work. the manager says that next time I come they will give me the money. Why could they not have done it today???? I am still very irritated and had to pay the full bill. what if I never had the cash on me and was counting on during my vouchers. I always come to this spur but they have lost me as a customer. Just give my points !!!
