Eat at own risk

We celebrated our sons birthday at the Tomahawk Spur today and we were totally disturbed and nausiated by the chop that my husband ate from the Big Bear meal. We advised the manager and requested that she smell the bone which smelt like dog poo and caused my husband to almost hurl at the table. We were immediately put off from the rest of our meal. Contaminated food causes food poisoning and could be serious. Everything that came in contact with that meat could have been contaminated too. The manager called the owner and advised him that we requested a discount of that meal from our bill but when I eventually got the bill no discount was made. I approached her about it and she said that he had not given her permission for a discount. Can you believe that I was not even given any compensation - not a chop, drink, ... How does an owner of a company not be concerned about their customers. Are we not the ones who ensure that they are making money because we support and pay for our meals. I am totally disgusted in the service I received today, being a loyal supporter of Spur for more that 26 years I expected to be compensated somehow for the party that turned sour.
