East Rand Mall Spur DO NOT adhere to COVID 19 rules

Spur East Rand Mall was very disappointing. They do NOT adhere to National Governmental COVID 19 law. The National law states that children under 2 years old DO NOT need wear masks. But this Spur which is clearly above the law wanted our daughter to wear a mask. My child has been to various other Spur franchises where they adhere to to National Law. She was not asked to wear a mask even in the play area as she is too young. BUT this Spur wanted to enforce their own law onto a 2 year old.
