Eagle Peak Spur bad service

Disappointed by the the service of THULLY who was on duty at the kids play area on 03/08/2024 as she watched over my 3 year old being bul**** by older kids, luckily I was sitting close enough and I was able to intervene. This is not the first incident, it has happened before while she was on duty. I don’t know why she is put in that area as you can almost see the dislike for our kids on her face, she’s never greets us as customers or even show a smile to the kids. Whereas the other lady who is short is nice. She also sweeped the carpet while kids were playing and any grown up knows that dust is hazardous to kids with respiratory issues. Will definitely not be coming to Eagle Peak Spur with my child anymore.
