Eagle Eye Spur disgusting service

My wife and I had lunch at the Eagle Eye spur,observatory,cape town.The restaurant was very quiet for a Saturday lunch time.A waitress came over to wipe our table which was dirty,she was in such a bad mood,as if she was doing us a favour.We then waited 25 minutes before our drinks order was taken,finally when the drinks were brought to our table,the waitress forgot to bring the still water I ordered,15 minutes later I received my water.We waited another 20 minutes before our meals order was taken.On receiving our meals,the waitress forgot to bring our side dishes we ordered.We had to wait another 10 minutes. My wife requested some butter for her baked potato,only to be told that they don't have butter,only margarine. My spare ribs I ordered were cold.The staff preparing the food were having a shouting match with the waiters,all loud and oblivious to the diners.I could've understood if the restaurant was full of diners ,hence the bad service,I only counted 5 tables that were occupied. Eagle Eye Spur your service sucks,you have lost 2 customers and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to support your establishment.Managers response when I complained 'Oh I'm sorry'
