Drunk waitress/ No Menu Knowledge
I was horrified when I went to San Remo Spur here in Herm**** with my wife who has celiac disease and is allergic to Gluten. I asked a the waitress, Lauren if the menu had any Gluten Free items. She giggled and asked me what Gluten was!! Calmly I explained even after being angered by the giggle. She took the menu and started checking now if there were any Gluten Free items on the menu. I waited impatiently for her to say something until my wife told me her breath smelled of alcohol no wonder the giggling and funny attitude. I had travelled and decided to go for dinner than cook and there a waitress was studying the menu instead of serving me. I asked for the operator who was said to be home and the manager had gone to the 'garage'. Why don't you teach your Waiters/Waitresses about your menu before they come to waste our time on the tables. I was really angered and we left and went to Burgundy restaurant. Also test them for alcohol. She really is a lawsuit in waiting for Spur...
