Drunk, deaf and careless

Arrived, Placed across from the children's play area as requested. The lady sitting next to us was Drunk. We placed an order and 2 minutes later the woman's child was brought to her by a staff member. The lady then began to give the crying infant BEER. We point it out to staff and nothing happened. we get our food but the order was wrong. The waitress took it back and promptly returned with the meal altered to look like another dish. Sticking pride so far up my hoho hole I just eat it. The lady begins flirting with other customers that tried to help her now intoxicated infant which is wailing like a banshee and makes them leave. We are beyond angry at this point and think it can't get worse. The lady then enters the play area drunk and stumbling around, we can't even eat having to watch our child more. And then She lights a smoke right by the entrance where our and others children are playing. We request the manager yet another staff member just nicely asks her to put it out. We shove our food in doggie bags and leave directly. only to wait for the manager who says he can't do anything about it, well I think the police need to investigate. Nothing else will fix it. HORRIBLE.
