DROPPED KIDS CAKE!!!

<p>I would like to complain about the unacceptable rate of service we received while having my daughters birthday party at Spur on Sa****ay!</p> <p>1. Spur employees 'DROPPED' my daughters (Over R300 ICE CREAM CAKE)</p> <p>2. We could not find waiters...</p> <p>3. Because the CAKE WAS DROPPED... it took a little longer for the party as I was running around looking for other cakes, we were chased away from the tables as there was 'another party booked' at the same table!</p> <p> </p> <p>***!!! this was the worst party I have experianced at the spurs restuarants ,and this is unacceptable!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will go further.... and will not let this rest, as people simply cannot get away with dropping a kids birthday cake!</p> <p> </p> <p>Spur employees are trained individuals---------- HOW DOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN????</p>
