Double billed!!!

Went to Spur with a colleague, ordered and had our food...I later realized I ddnt bring my card...but had a virtual card...they told me I can scan to pay..which I did..it went through and after a few minutes they said their scan to pay wasn't working and I need to pay cash..

Went to the ATM , withdrew cash and came back to pay ..they said my money would be returned...a week passed I called them sent them my bank statement to prove that the money went out but wasn't returned...they said it never reflected on their side.

Now I am very confused where did the money go...because I checked with the bank and it did go through...so basically I paid for my meal twice...

I will not be supporting any Spur in future...they are ******
