DONT GO EAT A STEAK AT SPUR N1 CITY !

Me and my family usually go to belville spur where the service and quality of their steaks is always on top form but seeing that we were at wonderland with our son i told her lets try the spur at n1 city as it was already late the evening ,we were seated i ordered a milkshake for my son,a large coke for me and coffee for the wife,the drinks came and the coke was as flat as water ,i told the waiter he just said he was sorry and he brought another 1 that was also obviously flat cause he said he did not change the gas or syrep on the machine i then ordered a tin of coke which was fine,then we ordered our food 2 300 grams spurs favourate cheddamelt steaks which we asked for meduim to well and her steak should have no onion rings cause shes alergic to them,the food came the steaks were cook past welldone it was very dry and burned and they did not take of the onion rings as my wife requested,waieter again just said so sorry etc, i said go call your manager cause this was un acceptable as i also have a restaurant and know how 1 should be run and how a steak should be grilled,the manager on duty just said sorry he wil take off the flat coke from the bill for our troubles ,un acceptable
