dont care attitude

I went to gateway spur on 03/03/2018 and i was not happy at the presentation of the chicken schnitzel meal served. it was oily and the coating was falling off. also it was my sons bday i had no proper assistance with registering his card i had to call and do that myself. i didnt complain about it ----because i was already speaking to manager about the card and it didnt seem to go anywhere . i have a picture of the schnitzel
