DO NOT GO TO THE GOLDEN SPEAR SPUR Cresta FOR ANY CELEBRATION - IT WILL BE A DISASTER

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction at the service and experience that I received from the Golden Spear Spur at Cresta. From the waitron, to the Assistant Manager to the Manager I have never seen such a confusion of bad service. The waitron arrived with our pizza's with no cutlery, serviettes or plates, the Manager stepped in to assist only when I made a scene. He then went on to scream at the team across the restaurant (Gordon Ramsey style). My mom and I really did not feel like eating after all this drama. Then we tried to get our bill. I asked the Assistant Manager to help. She asked a number of people to bring me the bill - the original Waitron never returned after "dropping" the pizza's. Nobody arrived to bring us our bill. Only when I then again complained did she then say that she had asked somebody to help - this person standing right next to her said "I had forgotten". I then spoke to the Manager who again started screaming at the staff.

My son who was having his anniversary lunch at another table at the same time had a waiter who did not listen to the order and instead of bringing a half and half pizza - brought two pizza's costing these 17 year old's more unexpected money.

On complaining the Manager and Assistant Manager they informed me that they would contact me on Saturday night - When I had calmed down (****** hell)! To date no call.

Our family left in a foul mood with 2 destroyed celebrations
