Do not go to Fig Tree spur!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service we recieved at Spur Fig Tree Port Elizabeth 24/07/2020. We are a family of 4 and it's the first experience we had going out since lockdown started. My kids were so excited. We ordered starters waited an hour for that to arrive without any cutlery, wipes, no straws and no placemats. We then waited for another hour for our mains. At this stage the kids were grumpy. I have never had such a bad experience before and highly doubt we will ever return. The staff were so flustered, as they were understaffed, trainees and couldnt remember anything you asked (asked for straw & coke which never came). We ended up having to cancel our mains, due to the time. The manager never apologized, there were many furious customers and the staff had to do it all.In challenging times like this we would hope, that as owners you would prioritize your customers by employing enough staff and avoiding losing customers as loyal as we.
