Do not ever set foot at the Grand West Spur

On Saturday I went for lunch to the Spur at Grand West. After we had a good meal and it was time to pay I was told that the card machine had been out of order since after breakfast.<br> <br> I was told that I had to go and draw money to settle the bill. I told the manager that I was unable to draw money from the ATM. I then proceeded to try and download the Zapper app so that I could make payment, unfortunately for some reason I was unable to download the app. I then requested the bank account details so that I could do an EFT, but this was not acceptable to the \manager". I then asked him what he expected me to do as this was not my fault and at no time was the message conveyed to me that the card machines were out of order.<br> <br> Out of malice he then humiliated me by calling security. At no time did I ever suggest that I was not prepared to pay. This behaviour is totally unacceptable. Fortunately I am not a regular customer"
