Distraught mother

We are beyond appalled at how we were treated at this Spur and will report our experience everywhere possible. We went to Thavhani Mall Spur (Thohoyandou Limpopo) yesterday afternoon with our 15 week old baby, wen we entered the waiters were standing watching the Chiefs and Leopards game making noise , we didnt think much of it, we were sitted down n placed our ordered. While waiting they put the music on full blast which frightened our little one, and they proceeded to sing the happy bday song to a customer at a nearby table. We hv been to countless spurs in the past but this was overboard, our waitress asked if the music was to much for the little one n we said yes, she went n told whom I think is the manager who den came to our table n asked us wat the problem was we told her n her response was that 'they were creating a vibe' we started packaging our things n instead of them noting that they played the music louder n proceeded to cheer n dance around the restaurant again i must stress that we hv been to many spurs, we know it's a Spur tradition but this time it felt like we were at a pub and not a family restaurant n our complaint was ignored, and they watched us leave without batting an eyelid.
