Dissatisfied

We visited Spur on Sunday at Cape Town and ordered 2 R90 kids' meals, which were supposed to come with a puzzle gift. I specifically asked the waiter about the toys, and he said he would bring them but he never did. I forgot to ask again before we left, and only realised yesterday that we never received them. I’m very disappointed because the main reason we ordered those meals was for the gift, and not receiving it left my kids upset. This is not the service I expected from Spur.
