Dissatisfied

I ordered a mix flavoured milkshake of chocolate and starwberry like every it here month when I visit the same spur, and today I'm told that I cannot get a mix flavoured milkshake, they can't even explain to me why they couldn't because I showed pictures of 3 different milkshakes with mixed flavours
