Dissatisfaction with level of service received at Spur Key Largo in Ballito Junction mall

On Sunday afternoon I went to Key Largo Spur in Ballito Junction and upon arrival I asked a waitress to change the channel that was playing on TV from SS Premier League (channel 203) to SS PSL (channel 202), this was because the game that had been playing on SSPL was over and on SSPSL there was a MTN8 semifinal game that was still live; to my surprise the waitress just responded that they cannot change that channel, it's the only channel that they play in the TV.

I was not satisfied with the response so I asked to speak to the manager who also came and told me that they couldn't change the channel for me as the guy who keeps the key to the office that has the decoder had gone out. I told them that if they can't change the channel then I'll have to go with my family to another restaurant and they didn't bother to change it and I left and went to Panarrotis and there they changed the channel as soon as we requested. I have the names of the people who could not assist me but for now I'll not reveal their names as I don't want this matter to be about individuals but I would like the whole staff to be addressed about this and how it affected me as my wife who was craving Spur ribs had to endup settling for a pizza because of them refusing to change the channel for us and worse no one was even watching with interest as the game had ended.
