Dissappointing

<p>We placed our order, my partner received hus steak while I waited for my chicken wings...and waited and waited. My partner finished his meal while I waited some more. Then tood that the manager had not released the order from the fridge. So I waited some more. A staff member came to the table and asked whether I wanted to speak to the managet about the service. Naturally I said Yes! No mamaher arrived at the tabke so we left. On my way out, I asked who the manageress was and a waiter pointed her out to me. What a surprise, it was the same lady who asked me whether I wanted to complain to the manager!!! Wont set foot in that Spur again.</p>
