Dissappointed

On the 5th Of April we experieced very poor food experience and service at the Garden Route Mall Spur Branch . The staff didnt really seem like thry wanted to serve us at first from there we ordered our food and waited for our food and when it arrived the dissappointment as this was pur favorite spot to eat . We dont eat out often being a luxury so we looked forward to our meal. The burger pattie was incredibly over cooked and salad was very soggy, the calamari was also very under cooked , the eisbein was so overcooked struggled to cut it . A R900 meal was very dissappointed .
