Dissapointing service

<p>I visited Spur in Amanzimtoti this past Sunday. I informed the waitress that I would like to redeem my points when paying the the food and she took my card to confirm the points. When it was time to pay she brought the bill and asked us to go to the till and redeem the points. The ladies at the till were extremely rude and told us that we are not following the correct procedure but we told her that we have been advised by the waitress. Another lady and gentlemen who appeared to be managers came and pretended like they did not see or hear the conversation. They kept quite throughout and I was forced to pay cash and not redeem my points. It's dissapointing the hassle that we have to go through in trying to redeem these points and we failed!</p>
