Dissapointing meals : (

I would like to express how dissapointed I am in the food I received at Canal walk spur. I enjoy eating at Spur it's my kids favorite restaurant to go to and I often take them but Last night myself and my partner went out for supper and how dissapointed we were. He ordered the ribs and chicken and when receiving it, it was dry and barely any basting/sauce on the ribs or chicken. The veg side that we both had with our meals tasted as if it was prepared days ago as one could taste that was not fresh veg it literally tasted like veg you cook and reheat in the microwave 2 days later. It was a very unpleasant meal and because my partner did not want us to make things hard for the nice waiter we had I ended up sharing my chicken schnitzel with him so that he could eat. I could see the ribs and chicken was dried out on the grill and even upon tasting it, it was not up to standard as usual as this is something my partner loves ordering at spur. I am dissapointed as this is Canal walk so the expectation is extremely high when it comes to the food. We had the same meal at N1 city mall spur and that was a pleasant meal the food was excellent as well as the waiter we had so to order the same meals at Canal walk and receive that was dissapointing.
