Dissapointed at Illinois spur

I ordered from Illinois spur which is 1 kilo meter from me.. delivery. Took 1hour 40minutes.. when it arrived it was wrong order.. it was cold.. didn't have condiments or fork or knives.. what a disappointment.. am never ordering at Illinois if this is the service
