Dissapointed

So today I visited the Spur Silver Dollar in Grand West with my son. The quality of the plates was very disappointing. The plates were chipped, even the ones that had the cutlery were chipped. We ordered starters and the main came but the waiter did not bring extra clean cutlery. I requested the clean cutlery and he had forgotten about them which then resulted to us waiting and waiting until the food was cold. Another customer who sat opposite our table then decided to get up and bring cutlery for us. The waiter who served us did not even have a name badge on. I always go to this Spur as it is convenient but I don't think I will ever visit them again.
